Good attentive bar staff and great food served promptly. Love the 24hr gym and swimming pool open from 06.30
Hotel : check your room when you arrive. The shower is over the sink & had no temperature control, just hot or cold - that's after you manage to force the switch on. Best use the leisure facilities
Hotel rooms small, have a double bed. No baths, just shower rooms, very basic, its either hot or cold shower . Have tea/coffee in room and decent TV .
Admittedly, breakfast was excellent. Overall though, I came here half price on a Groupon & I still feel ripped off
Bar : whether it's 7 or 10pm, buy your drinks early as the staff keep disappearing!
Restaurant : Make sure you have a napkin in your lap so your lap's protected from the waiter
Avoid when function on in Bar area. Tried to have lunch yesterday, gave up. Service very slow.
Pool looks nice though
A bit dated from the outside and the room showed wear but comfortable and better than average. Restaurant menu was great - highly recommend the beef feather blade. Worth getting the full English too! - Martin Mitchell
