This first of its kind large-scale observation deck in Center City features an interactive cityscape and touchscreen where visitors can explore the history of Philadelphia.

Fun thing to do to get a great view of the city . A little on the expensive side for admission but you can spend as much time at the top as you want.

The most beautiful views of the city ! Very well laid out, excellent customer service.

Just chill out and enjoy the view . There are two vending machines but only accept exact change or credit cards.

I did get to go upstairs with my family, I hope we get a chance together to observe it.

Saw the entire city lit up for Christmas from the deck. Played sorry with my family. Had a blast.
