The best time to get a king sized beach bed is in late afternoon. The sun is not as strong and most of the crowds have gone!
If you're having bad weather during your trip try an excursion to Xcaret or Xel-ha both are great.

Don't eat at Tapaz if you're vegetarian (or not). Bad service. No choices for veggies - and FORGET about vegan . Most other restaurants can accommodate (sort of) - but the concept of vegan is foreign

The hostess at Le chique was a bitch and unaccomadating. Definitely not worth the hype. The food was mediocre at best. Couple of the courses actually made me gag in disgust.
After 18:00 there are lots of mosquitoes, leaving the pools useless
Exotic Members beware: no slippers, no Internet access, lost meal reservations , room missed one day for cleaning . Tons of excuses but it doesn't get better. Stay at any other Exotic Resort .

No vale la pena hacerse socio Prestige porque sale lo mismo. El Mystery deal es un timo! No hubo aire acondicionado una noche, no hay agua caliente en mi regadera y sacaron 500 pesos de mi bolsa .
