Went to see Bowies house as part of the Bowie Berlin tour (really good) then on to his old drinking haunt along the road . Really cool bar playing old Bowie tunes . A must for Bowie fans
On Jan 11, 2016, the day after David Bowie passed away, Berliners mourned the musical genius leaving candles and flowers outside the block of flats where Bowie lived with Iggy Pop in the late 1970s.
Bowie and Iggy lived in this building. After Bowie's death, the sidewalk became a memorial of flowers and candles . A plaque now adorns the apartment wall.
There's nothing special to see but it was definately nice to visit and feel the vibe. Near u-bahn and douple eye coffee walking distance away.
Eno also lived in this flat at the same time but no mention of him, Bowie created his finest hours with Eno
It’s just a plaque , but to true fans of David Bowie is a nice memorial. People put flowers to this day.
I posted a picture so you don't have to go. It's all there is. But still, Bowie!
There's nothing really to see here but it's still kinda cool

Come early as this place can be busy. Always open every Sunday rain or shine. So many treats and inexpensive Berlin souvenirs. - Christine Wilson
Given that this is a place one visits to pay respect or remember the gone, it is very insensitive to be taking smiling selfies with the pond. And yet such a sight is not uncommon here. Try forgiving! - Shaileshwori Sharma
Go at night to see it being lit up for a more haunting impression - Debanjana Chatterjee
Fell in love with this place! Really nice atmosphere and lovely staff. Will be coming back someday! - Jenni Kinnunen
Gorgeous street with restaurants and cafes. - Tom Alfie
