There are few things that are more "Penn State " than day-drinking on the outdoor patio during the first nice day of spring at 210. Go early, get a good spot, and stay all day.
Happy hour/specials everyday, but warning: $3 cover charge for happy hour ! Large amounts of food for a good happy hour deal . Nice patio view . Friendly service .
They have tasty food (don't expect too much but it IS tasty) portions are huge! They have outdoor seating , and happy hours all the time ????what more do you want?
While I love going to Cafe for drinks, their menu is surprisingly delicious too! I'm a big fan of their wraps , especially on a nice, sunny afternoon when I should be in class !

Cafe 210 West typifies the Penn State scene like few other bars . Formerly a fine Italian restaurant (and one of the last homes on College Ave. before that) Cafe 210 is always fun with friends.

You cannot go wrong with an order of skillet fries . Great service, but make sure to tip your waiters they work really hard and put up with a lot of complaints.
$2 Teas on Wed. Riff raff come to Friday Happy Hour . Patio is the spot in warm weather. Nate is the best bartender .
