Fully customizable menu. Got the beef bowl and zen veggie taco . All had a nice contrast of flavor, texture, and temperature. Kim chee was just a tiny bit spicy , which was perfect for me.
My regular craving for the beef koja which has less fat than the short rib one. Portion is just right for lunch , get the umami fries if extra hungry.

Koja beef wins hands down. Watch out for the sauce if you hate mayo as much as I do.

Sadly, almost all of the old vendors have been replaced. The ramen at new-ish Shiba is wonderful - try the spicy ramen on a cold rainy day. I also love the chicken curries at Wazwan. - Devora Z
