The soft-boiled eggs are really delicious - make sure your ramen has one!
The dry ramen is a fairly unique offering, I don't know any other places that serve it. While eating, toss the noodles around in the bowl or else the sauce will pool up at the bottom.
The Spicy Ramen has just the right amount of kick!
Shiba continues to rank #1 for noodles in my neverending tour of all that is ramen . For the noodliest noodle ever, try the Dry (broth-less) dish.
Whitebird and Spicy are solid ramen options. Expect to wait about 10 min during the weekday lunch rush. You can skip the cashier person by order through the self-service kiosk
It's the best place in the Public Market now. But at the moment that's not saying a whole lot. Tasty ramen , super long line at least lunch .
Caution peanut allergy sufferers: Their miso (miso chashu ) prep contains peanuts .
You can self order if you know what you want. Take out available.
Nagoya-style chicken wings goes well with beer
Spicy ramen is the best
Thick rich broth for white bird ramen but a bit salty
The shiba wings taste like Chinese hot and sour soup .
That was a good ramen value
