If you call the store expect to sit on a hold with a very annoying beeping sounds.. 14 mins and counting so far..

If you shop at this crappy store, know that they don't do refunds. You get stuck with a store credit. Not the place to shop if you're buying costume accessories that you then don't use

This is the slowest Forever 21 I've ever been to. There is no need for there to be a line to the door on a Tuesday night.

Men's section not as big as it could be but you might find one or two things here.

Nice store but the plus section is super super small and not enough variety.

This place has the WORST customer service . The associates are rude and act like its an inconvenience for them to help you. You can never find any associates working on the sales floor
