Best and most energized Apple Store in all of Georgia! This location appears to have more knowledgeable staff members and more floor space for product testing!

Although I now know to prepare to camp out if I EVER have come back, I have to say that I am pleased with the outcome... Within a week My son will have a new 5s (not refurbished).

The Geniuses are really pleasant to talk to. It's always so busy and loud here, though. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!

DEFINITELY make an appointment if you need to see someone at the Genius Bar , especially on the weekends. This store is always packed.

Sean helped me with the death of my iPhone battery. He helped me through the grieving process all the way to the burial & saw me through recovery. Most helpful Genius Bar employee.

Don't plan on buying 2 different products on the same day. You have to go through one process and get in a line for the next product and do it all again. Inefficient..Sad -Coming from an apple junkie.

If you left your apple product for a repair,make sure that u turn your product on&make sure it's fully functioning with all of your software before you leave the store!They won't check it-glad I did!

Depends on when you go & whom you des with. Some are incredibly helpful. Others insult the word "genius!!"

The wake button on my iPhone 5 stopped working. I setup an appointment and Apple replaced the phone under normal warranty in 15 minutes.

Best time to visit the Genius Bar is between 9:AM - 10:AM weekdays. No crowds!

The only place that makes you wait to see someone so you can buy something from them.

Don't show up late to your Genius Bar appointment and expect to still be seen! Come on time/early or else your appt will be cancelled.

The Apple Store here is half the size of the Microsoft Store, but consistently has 2 or 3 times as many customers. Redmond can't fool the consumer.

If you're here for the Genius Bar , I'm so sorry. I hope you charged your phone before you came if, you know, it works.

If your device isn't under warranty, and you've had it for more than a year, be prepared to pay... Apple Care rules !!!

Don't be afraid to arrive late to your genius bar appointment , or you will sit there for 40 min

If there's no reservations available for the Genius Bar , try a walk-in. Had to myself and only waited about 15 mins. Hardly anyone shows up for their reservations .

An appointment to swap out a charger??? Really the place is a complete zoo lol. But they try I guess. Don't go unless you absolutely have to.

make sure you get on a mac and open photo booth .and take lots of pictures with your friends.then post them on facebook
