You can stand around with a "i need help" sign around your neck..no one will ask you if you need help. I've literally left the store multiple times after waiting for assistance with an item.

A good way to save some money on your next video game purchase is by trading in an old game and/or buying a used one.

It was a couple hours before closing and they didn't have anyone in the back in the laptop or apple section. That's kind of sketch....

Check prices with target and gamestop. U may save 5 or ten dollars and they are across the street.

Justin is right - I saved $40 because I checked the price online first! You can even check them in the store with the customer kiosks - just ask to use one!

Best Buy will price match any brick & mortar store on pretty much all products.

I have never had a problem with customer service here.
