Has a nice light bulb, rechargeable battery, and plastic bag recycling center right near the entrance (around Returns).

You can find some real steals on flowers halfway down the right side of the garden section past the soil and mulch

Terrible experience!! 1. on 12/30/20 I order a new carpet for my house at this location. it's 1/29/21 Still no carpet. poor customer service, this will be like the 10 times my order get RS. after CNF

Try the paint department. They're "gonna give you excellent service. It's just up to you to be receptive of that service."

On the weekends grab a cart from the parking lot , because there aren't usually inside the store.

Customer service is this store is horrible. Associates do not care about the customer experience. Save yourself the frustration and go to Ace. Even Home Depot has better service than this Lowe's.

Generally speaking, avoid Lowe's like the plague and head to Ace Intown in Virginia Highlands. Better service and cheaper prices!

Terrible customer service. Ordered w/d 5 weeks ago; after delays, and damage, still waiting. Called to talk to manager, never heard back. Ordered from Home Depot just now.
