Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel

Now my go to hotel ! Service was amazing and the rooms were newer. Very clean and appealing! Pool life guard was on his game!! Best hotel pool ever, so warm and a rooftop view <3

For spg plats, no club access on weekend but voucher for the restaurant and they have an excellent selection of 'appetizers ' to choose from, including shrimp cocktail , crab cake , and lobster ravioli !

Nice hotel and rooms. If you're a government employee and get the GOV rate, they give you 3 free drink coupons. A nice perk after a long day of flying.

Read a tip that they don't leave pens and paper but they leave a bible. Here's the pen and paper, as for the bible that's a good thing!!

If you get a room that starts with the number 2, ask for a different room. They are putting you in the east wing - a dirty space that is 3 elevator rides and 2 flights of stairs away from your car

Shrimp and chorizo flatbread and the social hour and breakfast on club level are awesome!

The view of the city from the rooftop pool will blow you away during a late night swim

Friendly staff , clean hotel , and comfortable beds with all the goodies you would want from a nicer hotel .

They have a shuttle from Pentagon City that comes every 30 minutes. Don't be a sucker & walk from the Metro like I did!

Lost power 2 day ago. Decided to stay here. Not only did I get a good price, but I got EXCELLENT service ! The room was awesome as well ! Great view of the monuments .

The Club Lounge is one of the best offerings I've ever experienced in the Sheraton brand of hotels .

Their staff is not friendly or helpful whatsoever. Got heavy bags? That's nice, carry them yourself. Have a problem? Nobody cares. Says dog friendly but offers nothing for your pets .

If you check in, make sure you try to get Ashley. Will make you feel at home and very knowledgeable on DC.

Used starwood credit card, got club room access (free breakfast ) and great high room views of Washington monument , air force memorial and Capitol. Great staff !!

Great hotel , to my surprise it was fancier than I thought.

The staff is obnoxious and arrogant. They always act like you are inconveniencing them if you ask a question. So rude. Other than the staff it’s a great hotel .

Hing the Bartender makes a drink called B.B.C. It's Baileys, Banana Liquor and Colada . It sounds nasty but it's pretty damn good!

The complimentary happy hour w/ appitizers for Starwood members is a nice gesture, if Ur a beer , wine & soda . Appetizers were pretty bad. But u can't get "something4nothing," right?

Get the driver to take you to Pentagon Row shops. Several places to eat. Don't walk!!!

Nice, clean , shuttle service to Pentagon City Metro

The hotel manager was found shot in the penthouse suite! I sleuthed that the wrongdoer wasn't his assistant manager as everyone assumed, but his long-lost daughter masquerading as a guest.

Really shitty property. Platinum member moved 3x to 3 diff uncleaned rooms. Ended up in motel section of property with dirty sheets instead of club level room originally booked in main building ????????????

The bed is very good!

Very basic. Nothing more. Impressive view of nearby landmarks from the 16th floor pool room .

The breakfast service is terrible. Ask for something and ten minutes later (with almost no one in the room), you still won't have it.

Really Sheraton?

Trying to get a taxi here is useless. It can take up to 45 minutes! Good luck if you have somewhere to be. Just take the shuttle to the metro.

The beds are made for short people.

Free shuttle to DCA takes 8 minutes.

Walking distance to Air Force and Pentagon ground zero memorials.

This hotel is ok. Staff is nice, but the facility leaves a bit to be desired.

The rooms are pretty dated and worn out for a Sheraton. More like Holiday Inn quality rooms.

Housekeeping service is not the best. Additionally, there are no restaurants around the hotel . The closest restaurant is about a mile away.

Wifi in rooms is an outrageous price. Free in lobby.

Se vc pegar o quarto no andar M, vc precisa passar por uma escada... sim, uma escada. É pequena, mas vc chega cansada e com um monte de malas e não há uma rampa para vc passar com elas.
