Customer service, top-notch, with the exception of housekeeping. He flirted with me relentlessly AND my room had qtips left behind night stand all 3 nights... eww! Mgmt took care of it, right away!

Nice hotel . Clean rooms . I did however catch 2 men stealing a newer model Camaro from the self park garage . Literally ran after the car all the way to the Pentagon where they were caugjt. Use valet.

Great hotel , nice shower and nice beds. Felt at home here! Parking lot is packed but I had no trouble findind a space for my car!

Get on an elevator up to the 14th floor and press up on the button to the right of the 3rd elevator to get to the Skydome Rotating Bar . Great views ! Just don't stare outside ir you might get dizzy.

Take the elevator to the 14th floor, change elevators to floor 15 in the north tower to get to the rotating roof top bar .

2 good things about this DoubleTree: the Skydome Lounge & the warm cookies ! Every thing else is disappointing & not at the signature expectations of Hilton DoubleTree name or standards.

Pool is on the roof inside a well-lit atrium with great views , but it isn't open until 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.

This hotel could probably stand to be renovated although it still has the iconic circular restaurant on top.

Everything you need is in walking distance. Clean rooms , friendly staff and great price.

Delicious warm cookies upon arrival, and great views of the city . Was disappointed we didn't have a mini fridge or microwave in the room though.

The free shuttle to the airport is a great feature for travelers.

Rooms were so HOT! My family and I booked 5 rooms for 3 night and we were All miserable. Would have changed hotels but our reunion was being hosted there and we had 20 rooms total. EVERY room was HOT.

When given the option of north or south tower go for the south! It's been renovated and puts the north to shame!!!

Don't pay $15 for parking - come up to the SkyDome and buy a drink, they'll validate it fo free

Remember to check in if you are a HHonors member! You will get an additional 50 points for your stay!

The service was very good and it was a very clean hotel . The food was decent.

Look behind your bed. If you find a mouse trap, consider that a complimentary souvenir from your friends at the Crystal City Doubletree Hotel !

My stay was horrible! There was no Hot Water for 2 nights and the parking prices are EXTREMELY HIGH!! $26.00 a night! I had to keep calling down for towels. I will not be staying at this hotel again!

A great option when your AC goes out.

AC was horrible, out of the 5 rooms they tried me in the best temp was 73, the rest were hotter at 77. Customer service when checking in was even worse, bad attitudes. Management was helpful at least.

The SkyDome is a must see
