El Born Centre Cultural

Accidentally stumbled upon this. But so glad we did. The building is symmetrically stunning and the history is fascinating. Definitely worth a visit! I’ve recommended it to friends and family already.

Amazing place, great architecture , and you can see very talented street artists in front of the building. It also has very clean restrooms !

Rainy day and the queue for Picasso museum was ridic. So we went for a walk and stumbled upon this -- shelter, nice potted history of the region and killer hot chocolate in the warm cafe ...

Small and free cultural center where you can see an archaeological site of streets and houses of the 1700s.

If you like ancient times come here and enjoy La ribera barrio as it was 300 years ago.

Former open market that they've turned into an archeology site. Very cool information on the War of Spanish Succession.

It's worth the visit. Entrance is free unless you want to go down and see the ruins up close.

Really interesting spot. If you are shopping in born, or at the parc - use the public toilets here as the ones at parc cuitadella are the worst.

A ver, que está genial que se conserven unas ruinas del siglo XVIII, pero el país vecino, ese al que llaman España, tiene yacimientos romanos de 200 años a.d.C, y desgraciadamente sin financiación.

No està gens malament, tot i que seria més útil una biblioteca. Però la programació és interessant, les runes estan molt ben conservades i cal conèixer els fets històrics, propaganda política a banda.
