vegans : this is a veg friendly menu. They have mock chicken which is desirable because it's got more protein than tofu .. Try the eggplant curries ???? or chow fun rice noodles ‼️ ask for Singapore style!

Try the Singapore noodles made without egg . Veggie chicken here is excellent. Best vegan options in santa cruz

Avoid the chicken salad ; it's not traditional and chicken is fried and greasy.

try this modification: Singapore noodles, hold the egg and chicken/shrimp. Have them substitute veggies or tofu. Singapore is a curry sauce. ask for it poured over the wide chow fun rice noodles. - Athonia Cappelli
