Hotel rooms in poor condition and looked in 'run down' state . The air-con is tripping consistently during the night, making sleep almost impossible. Stay away coz it's not worth the money.

During Ramadhan, the buka puasa food selection here are great from appetizers , mains to deserts .

Called main reception & duty manager line at 20:45 for "six" times about complaining no hot water coming out. After "90 mins", they finally sent a staff for switching room at 22:15 time. BAD SERVICE!

my first time maybank meeting here n the worst lunch ever... combination of food not good n only dessert acceptable.

Never been to a more shitty hotel . Power not working, shower heads crusty, towels had ambiguous brown stains, dead bird on window ledge, smelly ass carpets, retarded check in procedure, etc
