The theme park is cool with many adult games to play, recommended to come early to be able to play many games or get a fast track ticket with only 60 RNM

The hotel is huge and clean n organised. Front desk is polite n quick. The room is very clean and with nice comfortable bed and pillows . The room n toilet is big but the bath tube is too small.

The club rooms located 19th floor onwards have their own lounge & butler. The view is excellent facing the lagoon park . It's like a holiday away from home.

My hotel looks like something out of Mushroom Kingdom from Super Mario. Simply beautiful at night

The hotel exterior is superbly crafted and good venue for personal snapshots. However, hotel rooms interior little bit run-down for wear & tear. The management should replace all worn out carpetings!

Very pretty hotel . Big shopping mall next door so you won't feel like away from city centre. However, there s bug in my room so it s really spoil the experience ...

nice place but far from the city ! easy access to theme park @sunway lagoon and shopping mall @sunway pyramid and restaurants and pubs @rainforest. dont try the food @sagar restaurant :p

Royal resort , good room, there is a big water park suitable for kids and adults, and also you can booking for relaxing

Laundry is expensive but there is a place called angel laundry who do it for 7 rm per kilo & deliver it for free . But the truth it's not a really good job with white . It's near KFC in front of here

The Surau here us very conveniently located at Level 10. Usually quiet but occasionally there are visitors from indoor workshop held in the hotel .

Love the ambience. Junior suite is really big! The bed is comfy , the toilet is clean . Overall is really good

Doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel at all. The room is old and thin walled. Slow service in general, no one picks up the phone in the reception. Its not bad, good for families but terrible for couples.

We just went through it to have breakfast while we actual stay was in Sunway Pyramid Hotel . It happened the hotel we stayed does not provide it own restaurant..

The rooms at the higher floors (from 14th) have great view

Cozy and peaceful , need to water park and shopping mall

Buy ur ticket for the amusement park at concierge and use the privet entrance for hotel guests .

If you have small kids who love swimming ask to stay on 5th floor as there are two kiddy pools outside the rooms.

Excellent resort . Very friendly and helpfull staff . Food in the area is excellent

They should considering building a covered walkway to the Mandara Spa . There's no way you can get there when it's raining.

Good services by staff . Currently fair on the breakfast @ Fuzion cuz the main restaurant is still under renovation. Was supposed to finish by end november but looks like delayed & disliked the queue.

Nice to stay. Room is clean , wifi signal is strong. But bell boy 's service need improve. You asked them things, they look like frustrating n lazy to answer you.

The place is good, but terrible hospitality , they can't handle the crowd for sure. Don't go during holidays. Spa was excellent tho!
