Face of tourism in Malaysia... Quality of staff is poor... More educated good pay staffs is advisable... Other than that is great place to enjoy and have extreme fun
awesome place to hang out with friends and have dip in the pool! though those photographers hanging ard were quite annoying...

Well , the beach-like ambience is ok. But they need to clean up the wave pool . So many algae on the pool floor. Very slippery if you try to stand still
