friendly staff.clean n comfortable room .variety food for breakfast .easy access to sunway pyramid.good wifi.the only thing i feel annoyed is they dont provide iron in every single room.

nice room, reception friendly , 7th floor wifi is full scale! bed is top quality(in my felling ) have water park for fun but not sure must pay or not. totally is one of best nice hotel i ever try

Everything looks old but magically the room feels comfort. The breakfast menu has no variation , they need to put nasi lemak or something local. Wifi is great but limited only in your room

The room on the 3rd floor I got was a view of the inside of the building. However room is very clean and comfy . Free beverages from the fridge .

Hotel room & mall area have poor mobile data network. Room -spacious and clean . Pantry with a medium fridge and micro-oven for reheat purposes. A lot of super stars stay here before.

I dont know what actually happened. I booked the double deluxe room through agoda. But when we checked in, i realized the room was double single.
