Awesome small venue . Don't pay extra for floor tickets, the whole place is general admission and they don't really check. Saw Sam Smith there, he was amazing.

Saw the Alabama Shakes here. Nice venue. I like the balcony . Everyone in the lower level was standing for the main act. Concourse is a mess (too small) for sold out shows.

I grew up in Costa Rica and as a result I have been to very unsafe and sketchy places. The venue and area in Detroit felt extremely unsafe. I was offered cocaine and heroin TWICE outside the venue.

This venue is seriously awful, unorganized and ridiculous. I will definitely avoid it from now on and so should everyone else.

My tickets were double sold and i missed the first 2 acts trying to get it situated. Also no lobby seating

Kicked out for vaping... which they let in

If you are a female, the bathroom situation is the worst all over the building.
