Very good spot near MoMA Ps1 to have great cocktails at a quite cheap price for nyc. Ask for the bartenders choice. He is great at choosing drinks.
Great cocktails ! Just tell the bartender what you're into and they'll make you something special. Also, the sandwiches are awesome. Make sure you ask what the special is.
In a non-descript two floor brick building between a transmission shop and a taxi lot, Dutch Kills is an unmarked gem, save for a neon BAR sign. The vibe has always been deliberately divey and fun. Read more
Much awe, very love. These cocktails are worth the trip to LIC, in a stylish intimate venue that is dark enough for both dates and indiscretion. 3 inch ice cubes and metal straws keep it classy .
Beautiful space...apparently packed at night, but it was relatively empty on Sunday @ 5p. Can’t go wrong with their classic cocktails
If you ever want an amazing place to drink or even take a date this is your place amazing drinks superb bartenders that creat drinks that fit the needs, taste, likes or want of any guest a must go
I love this place. Great cocktails and food is amazing. Looks like a dive bar from the outside, but inside is great. Definitely stop by. The Monkey Business cocktail with him and banana liquor rocks.
Favorite bar in the city . Cool ice. Love every drink I’ve ever tried here, so you really can’t go wrong.
Great vibe, incredibly chill . All of the drinks are too easy to drink. That's the best compliment I can give.
Hands down, my favorite bar in the city . Perfect for a quiet date or low-key drinks with a friend; there's often live music , too! Ask the staff for drink recommendations-they don't disappoint.
Their cocktails are delicious, and on the off chance you can't fond something on the menu that you want, the bartender will make you something specially catered to your tastes!
Best cocktails in LIC. Experienced mixologists that always seems to be able to whip up something amazing for your daily mood. Absolutely packed on Saturdays.Try something with ginger . It's amazeballs.
Great bartenders here that'll fix you a drink with your choice of ingredients. The old time speakeasy feel also makes for a nice date spot . Easily one of the best bars around Astoria/LIC
Great cocktails . They are very amenable to you going off menu . Just describe some ideas and voilà! Meat pies are delicious but definitely 1.5 per person if you want a meal.
Don’t debate, choose the first cocktail that catches your eye. Can’t go wrong.
Amazing cocktails crafted to order. Hint: trust your bartender and go off menu . Just tell them the ballpark of what you like and they'll get you there.
The places front like a speak easy looks some hole in the wall but once there a mixologist will make a personalized drink and if hungry get a menu from the area and order the food will come there
Expertly mixed cocktails in speakeasy style booths and bar . Florodonda & Queens Park Swizzle!
This place is amazing. Great vibe, attentive service , truly amazing cocktails . The dishes aren't bad either. The house made beef jerky with sriracha is a wonderful drink snack .
Like any cocktail bar , tell the concoctionist a few of your favorite ingredients and ask for something fresh and in season. Then sip and be merry!
LICs hidden speakeasy , unpretentious atmosphere . Can get a little crowded , but try and get a table! Bartenders are awesome as well . If your hungry try their grilled cheese or steak sandwich !
Certainly the best cocktail bar in Queens . Reasonably priced, too. Come early on a weeknight for a quiet , delicious experience. Come late on the weekend for party town .
Dark, wooden rectangular panels enclose one of NYC’s favourite spots for serious drinking. With a tilt to brown spirits and classics, this bar has twice been among the top 50.
One of the best Micheladas I’ve ever had. If you’re there on Fridays or Sunday’s ask for Elijah, he will never do you wrong
Wonderful speakeasy in an odd location, with some of the best cocktails I've had in NYC. Dark and intimate .
Consistently great drinks and vibe here. Gets busy pretty early, like 7pm on weekends. I'm not gonna recommend a drink cause they're all good depending on what your fave liquor is.
The place is difficult to find due to a purposeful shortage of signage. The happy hour whiskey sour for $8 was excellent.
Possibly the best cocktails in NY. Understated, unpretentious place. Best is to talk with the bartender and he will make you what you want. Worth the trip to Queens.
(Thrillist tip) Dutch Kills’ classic-leaning cocktails -- not to mention the kickass bar food from M. Wells , and an $8 Monday-through-Thursday happy hour -- make any amount of jostling worthwhile.
Best drinking experience I've ever had in NYC. Excellent drinks, friendly bartending , and absolutely amazing bar food , courtesy of M. Wells . What more do you need?!
Order the African flower ! Its kne od the smoothest drinks ive ever tasted. For food, the chicken and also steak sandwiches are very big and hearty. Definitely a step up from usual pub fare .
Cozy cocktail bar on the queens side of things. Come earlier on weekends to get a seat. Also nice venue for a romantic date .
There Will Be Blood-style cocktail saloon by trailblazing Milk & Honey a hit, and Boccato went on to open the fun LES tiki bar PKNY guys. Feel of a timeless classic from the moment it opened.
Great cocktail bar ! The dimly-lit environment makes it impossible to read the menu for the elderly (cough- me- cough). So carry a flashlight or decide on your order before coming in.
Dutch Kills is Uber NYC HQ's favorite bar for extremely well-made cocktails after work. A few of our favorites: The Moscow Mule , the michelada , and cider with rye .
This modern day saloon is outfitted with bartenders who can handle a crowd with gruff endearment while also creating some of the most delicately garnished drinks this side of the East River . Read more
If the "bar " sign is unlit, you might walk by and miss this cozy cocktail bar . Great wooden booths make this LIC's worthy sister bar to Black Rabbit .
Great cocktails and awesome bar & space. If you're not in Queens, Dutch Kills definitely merits the quick trip across the bridge . Hands down my favorite bar in Queens .
Possibly the best NYC bar I've been to. Tell the bartenders what you're in the mood for and they'll whip up the most scrumptious concoction you've ever tasted.
Coolest Bar we almost never visited! I'm both happy and sad that it's gaining immense popularity. It's too packed on the weekends. This bar is one of the best though - hands down and up...
Lovely upscale cocktail bar in a "hidden" spot in LIC. order one round for yourself and go with bartenders choice for your next round.
This is a wonderful bar with really inventive, tasty drinks. I strongly believe they would benefit from a short but solid food menu.
My go to neighborhood bar . Its got the vibes of a speakeasy with crafted cocktails to match. Old Fashioned and Sazerac are worth getting.
Amazing place. The folks behind the bar make some fantastic creations. Small food menu included beef jerky , mac n cheese and some cheese plates
Best bar in Queens . Definitely one of the top 10 bars in NYC. If you're in LIC you must stop by for a drink or two.
a bartender's choice , rather than any prepared drink, is the way to go. we asked for two spicy drinks ; one came with jalapeño and the other with pepper . both were fantastic.
Any fresh lemon mix drink is delicious. Bartenders are quite skilled too, especially when you ask them to make you something off menu .
Far in long island city. But the mixologists can mix anything you want based on the ingredient you fancy . Great selection of absinthe and tequila .
Very relaxed atmosphere with great bartenders . I had a mojito (perfectly fresh mint ) and they gave it a fantastic twist because it was my birthday. Delicious.
Try a Stay Up Later (pisco , mezcal , añejo rum , lemon , and seltzer), a Stepping Razor Blade (rum , lemon , orgeat, and cayenne), or a Bicycle Thief (gin , Campari , grapefruit , lemon , and seltzer).
Great happy hour and nightly specials (especially burger and beer Tuesdays) and well crafted cocktails. - Rick Raven
Nice new spot. Oysters cocktails nice draught selection and old timey charm. - Jessica Nacinovich
Awesome beer selection. Cocktails are pretty good. Nice chill place to hang out. Check out the back outdoor area. - Charles Quirin
Beware the brisket! And forget the veggies. Burger and T-bone are much better. Poutine is amazing. - Grace Cheung
Great date night spot. Nice snacks. Nice vino and cocktails. - Ami Lapinski
Super friendly wait staff and relaxing atmosphere. A great place to work. I just love it here. - Christy O'Shoney
