We went on an apparently very busy Saturday but yet we only bumped into 2 other guests -the setup and timing is perfect! you feel relaxed and have ultimate privacy from other guests.

Excellent hotel with fantastic 24-hour room service . Best showers of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Great for business travel as well as taking the family for walking tours in London.

Great service! Drinks were always topped up promptly and they have 100% to making sure you were happy. Even ran across the road in the rain to find us a taxi !
