If you're in San Diego and looking for a cheap place to do a shopping spree, this is the place, and there are so any options! Be prepared to fight for parking though!
Come early in order to get a decent parking spot . Park in the middle of the mall so you can drop your purchases on the car half way around.

Very wide variety of stores! Great sales in almost every store! Sunglass Hut offered a bunch of sales. I ended up buying 2 pairs of quality sunglasses for the price of $75!

There's a great store across from 2b bebe that has shoes for under $20. It's hit or miss, but I've found great heels and boots for less.
