Apple store is very nice here!!! They replaced my iPhone 4 immediately & the head phones!!! Just remember 2 back up your information before you do this type of exchange!!!

Practice common courtesy when leaving your parking spot . If you see that someone is waiting for your spot please do not sit in your car forever before exiting out of the spot.
