Service, as usual and consistent with other Apple stores , is excellent. Opens earlier than the rest of the stores in Fashion Valley .

This is the happiest place on earth. Make a commitment to yourself to take all the workshops. Each time you will learn at least one new thing. I promise.

Came in with an appointment for camera issues a few months back. They fixed my camera on my iPhone 6plus in less than an hour!

Awesome place to go buy all the stuff you don't need and will become obsolete within 9 months. I like coming here to make people envious of my pretentiousness ! People love that I think I'm better!

Very easy to get what you need hardware wise. Custermer service was good and help full. Tip tho l buy your cases/wires ex. On amazon. Saved myself $30 there as opposed to the apple store.

Crowded on weekends so go during the week if possible.

The Mission Valley store is ALWAYS crowded in the afternoon. If you need assistance go before 11 am.

When buying the New iiPad. Make sure they ask you who your cell carrier is: Verizon or ATT. They sold us the wrong one!

If your iPhone is running low on battery go in and unplug an iPhone or an iPad and charge up while you play with their electronics

Most of the customer service reps are nice. But did bump into a dud, named Earl, in the Personal Setup department. Ended up being harassed the whole entire time waiting for a friend's appt.

The employee at the entrance was unexpectedly and surprisingly rude. We asked him for help and he seemed to be so annoyed by that and tried to get rid of us.

Ask the Apple representative about 2 years replacement plan for iPhone.

To have chairs and parasols outside is a total WIN for hanging out with your gadget.
