Best Buy is awesome. I taught the geek squad chick that a 1Tb for the same price as a 500Gb(?) Hard drive is a great deal - after she explained what the letters meant. Team work!

This is the best, Best Buy is San Diego. Worth a trip to Mission Valley since they always have everything in stock.

It always seems that when I’m browsing around, they always seem to call out a code 1, to the same isle I’m in. And then all of the sudden I’m bum rushed by 12 employees, all asking of I need help.

Love this store, you can find every electronic that you need, you'll even find things you weren't even looking for!

Similar tip to best buy in El Cajon. When they do offer to help. They can never bend a rule to sell a big ticket item when Walmart will sell it for $200 cheaper

Never greeted nor offered any customer service during any of my visits. This is my third time here in 2 months. Another big ticket sale lost to Frys

This lady in the PHONE SECTION: just ask me a personal question "If I worked today" that totally (started giggling towards another customer) as if she haven't seen me standing with my walking Cain.

It's amazing how there's so many employees standing around but when you ask for help they say, "Let me go find someone to help you." :-/ WTF

If you need help with Cameras , ask for a nice Gentleman by the name of "Dave" he has excellent customer service skills & is very knowledgable !!

Love checking out things here before I buy them off one of the largest online retailers for cheaper.

Best time to buy during the holiday season is first thing in the morning. This place is empty at 8:00 am.

Don't buy an extended warranty or anything here. Samsung Bluray less than a year old stopped working after only using it 5 times and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for it to be replaced.

Should call it worst buy...got a price quote for an item on phone but got a song and dance routine all around that price when I got there. I had even cancelled a prior order elsewhere to go purchase!

Nobody offered to help. Make sure you're making a big purchase or they might just completely ignore you. I'm cuttinggup my credit card.
