great list of spirits , well-made cocktails , intimate atmosphere and bartenders who are more than happy to explain and discuss their drinks.
Cozy intimate bar , give the bartenders an idea of the flavors you like and they'll make something to fit.
Cute , hip little classic cocktail spot with bartenders who do the drink matchmaking for you. Both of ours were perfect!
Cute little date spot . No cocktail menu . Instead, tell the server what spirit you like, and they’ll offer a couple of suggestions. Fries were tasty.
Super sweet little spot, horseshoe shaped bar , great cocktails , dark and cosy atmosphere .
Just walk in and ask for a cocktail with your favorite liquor and flavor profile and they'll make it for you!

My new favorite place to eat and drink in NE Portland. Food is terrific, drinks are creative and cool...and the music (an unappreciated part of the experience) is well curated and played via vinyl. - J.M. Stringer
Favorite dinner experience in Portland. Get the tasting menu, and come hungry! It reminded me a bit of Kismet in LA. - olivier PEYRE
Family style brunch was unbelievable. Great lamb with baked eggs, veggies, fresh baked bread, and more. - Ellis Hamburger
The butcher is my go to place for Tasso and andouille on Jambalaya night. I am a fan of the #3 sandwich. Yum! Next time, I will be ordering the Cajun meatloaf sandwich. Heard rave reviews! - Amy Hollands
