Minimalist check in but down the stairs is a lobby with some games, a good range of seating options, coffee and wet bars . Rooms TINY tho, even after an upgrade. Best hood in NYC tho
Great option in East Village . Location is perfect for restaurants and clubs - and super safe. Staff friendly , did a great job to recognize my platinum status (too floor, no $150 dog fee, free water)
Tiny but well appointed rooms. What more do you need? Oh, a desk to do some work? Okay you won’t find that here. Just need an inexpensive place to sleep and wash up in the East Village ? This is it!
Considering the Standard is your only other hotel option in the East Village , I’m pretty happy this opened. And yeah, the rooms are small, but you aren’t staying in the EV to spend time in your room.
Too small for business travel. But the staff is nice and everything is nice and clean .
