As of summer 2013, this place is brand new, and always on a wait, but it's worth it. Amazingly fresh sushi with wonderful textures and flavors. Certified Kobe beef to die for. Great drink selection.
I've been all over the country and this is the best Sushi I've had to date. The selections are brilliant. Try the Scallop appetizer , you will not be disappointed by the taste or the presentation!
The best Japanese restaurant in Atlanta -- there are NO others, trust me! Order the Omakase if you are feeling adventurous or just sit at the sushi bar & what the magestry!
Menu is great ! I have shellfish allergies and they accommodate my need ... looking forward to go again ..
The attention and service is superb and everything we ordered was amazing. The fish was incredibly fresh, just amazing.
NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! They have weird dress code and keep us from having dinner there, while we then proceeded to CHOPS, a more luxury restaurant , and were seated and served nicely.
I had a great time on my birthday. Fish sauce combos were great. Not much I didn’t like. Snapper potato dish was a little wonky.
This might sound weird, but their pickled ginger is really good! Ginger from other restaurants is too "soapy" and bitter, like Lemon Fresh Joy. Umi's seemed sweeter to me. Excellent!
Omakase ! The only way to go... Sit back relax, and enjoy something that has been reserved for the in the know crowd of NYC has found there spot here in ATL...

Very loud but very good food! They don't let you take home left overs so don't over order like I did!!!
Madai carpaccio . Just do it.
Chef’s selection nigiri is melt in your mouth fresh
Best sushi in Atlanta. Just get everything!
Great food and service, however, waiting an hour for a table when we have a reservation is not up to our standards.
Lobster hot dish is phenomenal
Spent the NYE here! Truly exceptional!
Not that good sushi quality, bet owner is not Japanese. We ordered "toro " but they served "maguro" they trick like this. B careful. Interior is nice if u feel fancy then good place. Not classy
Best sushi I have had in Atlanta by far.

Racist, terrible service. Will only enforce policies towards black people. I do not recommend eating here.
Service is horrible. Forgot to put in food order. Really, really loud . Hung up on when I called to ask where the place is located.
Racist, terrible service. Will only enforce imaginary policies towards black people. I do not recommend eating here.
Nothing. Start with a racist staff .
