Great value ! Get the pork tonkatsu , a5 wagyu beef , banana brulee! Portions look small in the menu but plates are quite the opposite - tonkatsu came with two big cutlets and a bowl full of rice .

Lunch "platter" with spicey tuna roll , sushi and sashimi . Very visually appealing. Tasty little bowl of Lobster Miso Soup , and a crisp Sancerre . Lovely Hannah, the bartender made it very pleasant.

Fantastic choice for sushi in Back Bay . The sashimi and rolls were fresh, although the avocado was a bit browned. The salads were crisp and their version of house dressing was delightful. Not too $$

Jamie S. gave us excellent service when we had dinner here. Our favorites were the snow mountain , the Naruto, the spicy tuna on crispy rice and the Black Cod (hard to mess that up).

The service is hit or miss here but the food makes me willing to brave the snarky staff and return again and again. The black miso cod appetizer and Phoenix roll are nothing short of divine.
