A great place for breakfast ! Breakfast burritos are an excellent deal- and give the Mexican oatmeal a try on a cold day.
Not the fanciest place in BA, but the traditional tex-mex is tasty and quite filling. You have to ask for chips & salsa refills.
The menudo is good and the portion sizes are generous.
