White Rock Lake Bike & Hiking Trail

Dallasites truly embrace the extra hour of sunlight from springing forward. Enjoy a walk around the White Rock Lake hiking trail and end your day with an epic view of the Dallas skyline by sunset .

It's the most outdoor nature like area without leaving the city . Unfortunately it's a "brown" lake . Gets allot of trashed washed up. It's unique by offering a walking trail around the entire lake .

It's changed a lot but it's just a serene as ever. I grew up here and had no idea how much I missed it until I came back to visit. Lovely trails .

One of my go-to places during the summer. I rent bikes and ride around the lake for a cheap and fun activity to do. I suggest going at sunset for a pretty view and cooler temperatures.

It's a great place to jog, have a picnic , and spend time with family.

What a great trail with great views and plenty of miles to explore. A must.

This 7.6 mile trail links several parks that make up the White Rock Creek Greenbelt . The trail also provides a direct connection to the Cottonwood Creek Trail and White Rock Lake .

This 9.4 mile trail is around the scenic shoreline of White Rock Lake . The trail links the Mockingbird Point Dog Park , playgrounds , parking areas & the White Rock Creek Trail .

At the northern part of the trail , near the Mile "0" marker there are water fountains and a nice green area perfect for hula hooping.
