Love Cygnet. Top notch theater and possibly the best theater value for the money in all of San Diego. Sad they are no longer doing It's a Wonderful Life the radio play at Xmas anymore, though. :(
If you get here early enough, you can park behind the theatre at no charge. Just show your ticket!

Their annual Holiday production of "It's a Wonderful Life" as a radio play is a must-see! I go EVERY year!
