Spacious and lots of shops to check out. I dare say this is better than Jem, at least in terms of the layout. Who needs to travel to town for your shopping needs? 

Spacious and well-designed. Nicely done integration of indoor and outdoor elements. They had live music in the atrium that could be heard throughout most of the mall .

Westgate has a great selection of Japanese restaurants . vs JEM, Westgate is more spacious and atas feel. With fitness first and also COS, this is where I always spend my weekends these days.

Isetan Japanese Supermarket and food at B1 and B2!

Kid friendly . Playground & Kids Shower Room @ Level 4. Baby nursing rooms located @ Basement 1 and Level 4. There's a Kids Club @ Level 5 featuring indoor and outdoor play areas

SingPost POPStation (rented parcel delivery lockers) is located at B2 Lobby, one floor below Food Republic

SISTIC operates here from the Concierge on Level 3. Mon-Sat 10am-8pm. Sun (& PH) 12pm-8pm. Nearby Jem, JCube & IMM also SISTIC counters

A nice mall linked by a bridge to another mall - JEM. Nice shopping options and food. Love the Armani Exchange branch here.

Checkout love mobile shop. A mobile gadget accessories shop with great customer service next to m1. friendly and warmth decent shop unlike those high end gadget shop no initiative no whole experience.

Shopping mall catered for the West-side folks. No need to go orchard at all.

There is shuttle service from Westgate to IMM and vice versa. It's very convenient and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Open concept with a strings of upscale brands and good restaurants

Open concept makes this place feel less crowded . More interesting and up-market food options here than at JEM.

Well done CapitaMall for the well-planned carpark. The spacious carpark entrance is so welcoming :-D

Not much to see or shop. More on food and cafe but on a hot afternoon, there's not enough air-con choices since the mall goes by a semi-detached concept with limited air conditioned seating spaces.

Good designer stores in first floor. CK, A/X, COS, Kate Spade to name a few.

So many nice and delicious food @ Basement 2 and many new Japanese Restaurants .

This place has plenty of nice restaurants and food outlets.

Have to say it makes u forget u re in a surbanban area like jurong. At least for a while

It's a spacious mall . It's airy inside due to open-style architecture .

There is a 2nd storey sheltered linkway that connects Jurong East Mrt to Ng Teng Fong General hospital , Big Box and IMM through Westgate and Jem called J-walk.
