This branch has a nice pool with a view .

Convenient to visit as just out from Jurong East MRT station. Fully crowded during peak hour weekdays. Swimming pool is available. They do have Dyson hairdryers in the locker room .

A little crowded

Also, the first solution the GENERAL Manager offered for the feedback on bad service was early termination without fee. It does say a lot about their mindset in customer service.

The pool is nice

Service is horrible. The gym is overly packed duting weekdays evening. Despite the feedback, they dont seem to do anything with regard. The front of house manager, a Sita, was rude too. Not a gd gym .
