Nice place, w/ a great bavarian food and awesome beer . Try the hell beer that is fermented in oak barrels and old fashioned cooled with ice rocks. It is a must in Munich.

Hacker-Pchorr beers are great (dunkles and hefeweisse are my choices) but the place is really pricey (probably for good reason, given the location and how food looks like). I prefer Schneider Am Tal.
Great location. Very very touristic . Always packed. Typical Bavarian and German dishes. Nothing super unique. Pretty pricey . Did I mention, touristic ?

Crisp roasted pork with bread dumpling was excellent. Not so sure about the alcohol free beer ordered by my companion.

Modern version of the German Beer Hall . A bit more upscale with higher quality food but still at reasonable prices. As of 2017 I vote the BEST obatzda in Munich and I've tried a lot of them!
