Customer service / sales FAIL. My gf and I went looking for a new tv , all the while the sales guy seemed to be more interested in playing a video game with some kid than offer us any assistance.

Why do I come back to this store? Do I love that they NEVER have what I'm looking for in stock? Do I love that their computer system shows inventory yet they can't find items on the floor? INSANE
Ask for Amir, he's extremely helpful and actually concerned about helping you. Helped me find everything I needed and didn't try to get extra bucks out of me. Best service by far.
The Geek squad put on my iPad screen protector for me! Hallelujah! And the service only cost $15 bucks and is guaranteed! The kiosk at the mall charges $40.
It's easier to park at the upper level. Customer service was good but the store was a bit on the warm side. AC is set low - and you can smell people : /

I was at the store yesterday August 8, 2024 around 8pm. looking to buy a dishwasher. Sales people were lazy and uninterested. 3 of them standing and chatting among themselves ignoring me completely.

We waited a bit for some help, but the associate who finally helped us was extremely helpful and patient.
I don't know if this is a training store, but their staff is disorganized, uninformed, and, often testy. Part of the problem across all BB includes deep cuts in labor hours.

Seriously... Very bad customer service. When asked if they had a product for sale their response was "its out of stock". So of course I ask when do they expect to have a shipment and they say "dunno!"

They have electric vehicles here, such as scooters, bikes . Very clean (new!)
When they say open at ten they mean ten after.
Plenty of parking . Get there the last hour the store is open.. it's empty.
8 workers no one working but one I've been waiting 15 minutes hey how about at least a greeting while I watch you do nothing to help me
Skip this Best Buy if you're looking for Car Audio stuff (Car Stereos, CD Players, Speakers) There's none to be found. The Burbank Best Buy has this stuff and isn't too far away from this one.
