It's nearly impossible to find a free associate when you walk in, so give yourself an extra 10 minutes if you have an appointment. The staff is nice, though.

DONT GO. After 2 hours of waiting they told me I had water damage and had to pay 300 dollars for a replacement screen. I went home and reset my software: it needed to be updated to the newest version.
