Go to carlo in womans shoes . Reliable, knows sense of style, and will give you his honest opinion. Hes great, and gets my shoes fast from the stock room when workers from the back are taking too long!

Go visit Mahnaz at the Origins counter, she is super nice & knowledgeable about all of their products- which rock, BTW!

Macy's, just about any Macy's, including this one, looks like MayCo used to look - as if a tornado just hit.
