Some of the best Mexican on the Upper East. Less formal than Maya yet still delicious. Try the shrimp tacos or the spinach and goat cheese enchiladas , they never disappoint.
The steak fajitas are amazing, chicken quesadilla and the side of corn is out of this world. One of my fav Mexican restaurants on the UES.
Love the corn off the cob, and grilled tuna tartar . But their micheladas are not authentic . Would get margarita next time

After 31 yrs here, CR is closing on 7/17 & moving to 75th st/ York Ave. Good $13.95 brunch deal : choice of entrée + drink..decent Chilaquiles Rojas w/ steak (add salsa verde 4 spice!) + red sangria .

Sangaritas are the best...duck burritos are to die for. Great 5$ appetizers . Give Allison a good tip she's a great bartender ! Try the homemade jalapeno tequila .
Come on Sundays during football season. $5 special menu and lower beer prices, only at the bar . Don't let them seat you at the dining area, no specials there.

A favorite tex-mex spot. Potent Margaritas ! High noise level. I like the chicken enchiladas and the fajitas . Wimpy salsa with the chips .
Food was mediocre. Nothing special. We didn't even want our entrees after the appetizers .
