Start with a shrimp summer roll , and an order of crispy spring roll . My favorite Phò is #6 on their menu: beef eye round. It is delicious and served rare so that the broth cooks it in the bowl. Enjoy!
Really good food! Tries rice with seafood it was delicious!
The #27 was tasty. Roll your own lettuce wraps with roast pork and pork sausage . A bit messy, but tasty. That said, I could have used another lettuce leaf or two.
The combination rice platter has a little bit of everything!
The bahn xeo (Vietnamese crepe/pancakes is crispy and satisfying
This is THe BEST fod at Eden Center . If you're adventurous, get the chao long (#31). It is fantastic! Also the country pancakes (banh xeo ) are really good.
This place is unassuming looking from the outside but the food is tasty and quick.
Cha ca thang long (sizzling fish with dill and turmeric), bun mám noodles .
The heart shaped leaves with purplish backs are vap ca, also known as fish mint due to its moldy pungency - I call it "awful green leaf of awfulness". That said, give it a try and decide yourself.
