Excellent hole in the wall restaurant . Best grilled meats I've had at a vietnamese restaurant . Get the lemongrass beef over vermicelli . Great soups too. Try the crepe with pork and shrimp .
Must try the delicious PHỞ ĐẶC BIỆT - beet noodle soup with steak , well-done flank and tendon .
Try the bun thit nuong cha gio - the spring rolls are some of the best I've had outside of home. The chicken wings app is VERY tasty!
This is the best Vietnamese restaurant at the Eden Center. The place may be very casual , and not at all romantic , but the food is unbeatable.
Everything is food here! Seating is a little crowded but so good. Cant beat this place in Eden Center.
The grilled meat dishes and the egg rolls are the way to go. I combine the two by ordering bun thit nuong cha gio pretty much every time I go here.
Try the muc rang muoi aka salt and pepper fried shrimp . Tender, succulent and juicy. Best calamari I've ever had anywhere.
Great food!! The only thing I didn't like was that is cash only , no atms around the mall the nearest is at the gas station across the highway
Cha gio spring rolls are always crispy and delicious appetizer
#53 for deep spicy beef broth pho . skip the summer roll ; order the shrimp toast (A#4)
Omg everything is good here!!! Banh canh, to roasted quail , bun rieu to the vermicelli bowls which I get with pork or chicken ... Yum
Pho with beef is awesome. Best crispy spring rolls and ice coffee with milk . Bun Bo hue (spicy beef ) was weird. Tastes like linguine vongole !
Try the Bun Bo Hue - Thanks Julie Vo. This is really good. So different from the one at An Loi in Columbia.
The Pho , any noodle dish , and the crispy shrimp appetizer was AMAZING!!
From Washingtonian : The best dishes include roast quail , stuffed crepes , and grilled pork with vermicelli
Look to servers for help with unfamiliar dishes. They’ll readily demonstrate, say, how to make the lime-salt-and-pepper dip that perks up sweetly lacquered roasted quail .
Com chien Duong Chau (fried rice ) has been my go-to order for
Love getting vietnamese ice coffee with the coffee jelly
Their banh canh Tom cua is the best in Eden, hands down.
Solid pho . And awesome chili oil
Rookie mistake. Get the hot coffee with condensed milk not the ice coffee which comes in a cheap plastic cup.
Great food. Cash only .
Just go. It’s awesome
Washingtonian recommends the vietnamese noodle bowl ("bun ").
Try the Hu Tieu Nam Vang - Minus shrimp !
Curry Goat , Clams in Pot and Sizzling Fish w/ Dill ... Just do it.
Try the Cha Gio - Yummy!
Get #16 as an appetizer . It's the beef salad with peanuts . Delicious!
Service here is fairly nonexistent. Once you get your food, good luck getting a server to notice you again.
The quail appetizer is delish! Not so crazy about the 5 spice duck noodle soup .
Try the Bun Bo Hue - Spicy goodness!
Get 165, 40 and spring rolls
The lady manager/owner is rude, otherwise food is good. Try the banh canh Tom cua
20 minute wait for the check, but food was very good.
Food is great but its CASH ONLY ! FYI
Shakey Beef and lychee boba = crazy delicious!
Pho-mazing!
Try the Che Bau Mau - 3 colored drink
Try the frog legs
I got an Avocado Smoothie , sweet sweet avocado smoothie ...

Pickled plum drink was weird. Seafood was ok but not stellar.

Been back many times and this is still one of the best spots at Eden Center. Shaky beef and caramelized fish are both can't miss here - Ben R
Cha ca thang long (sizzling fish with dill and turmeric), bun mám noodles. - Ben R
Tofu tofu and tofu! They have the best tofu here at the Center. Don't forget to grab bubble tea too! - Kendy Chibi
Delicious nem nuong cuon (grilled pork patties summer rolls) - Angelica W
It's all about the freshly-made waffles here. Order one! It will come plain and hot - in a bag, and they are sweet enough where you will not need traditional American toppings. - checkitout
