Ippudo express ramen . They only serve one texture of noodles here. Comes in a choice of smaller serving. Somehow I think the soup here tastes better than the one at mandarin gallery .

Insanely crowded at lunch . Go around 11:30am to skip queues. Bring your food downstairs to The Square (open area ) to eat al fresco .

Love Salmon Noodle . If can't stand your nose burnt, try Salmon Rice !
