The fitness center is world class . There is everything you can want for cardio , weights, swimming , golf , rock climbing , racketball, etc. There is also a sauna and relaxation rooms. It's just a great!

Best luxury hotel in Seoul. Connected to Shinsegae (Korea's nicest department store ), multiple subway lines , and extremely convenient to everywhere. You really can't go wrong. Service is amazing. ????

It's a no man's land if you want to wander the hood. The best option: exit and go into the Starbucks to the right. Go downstairs and you have all types of legit restaurants , not a standard food court .

Great free breakfast , lunch and dinner on the 30th floor . Free drinks also. Private meeting is included, can reserve for up to 2 hrs.

It is directly connected to the Sinsegae Dept Store and Famille Station. Lots to do!

Great rooms, good service , very nice lounge . Food court in mall basement below hotel is mind blowing. Only downer are slow elevators . Recommended.

강변뷰 룸 선택시 1박당 3만원이 추가된다. 그래도 강변뷰가 병원뷰보단 낫다. 로비라운지에 전시된 작품들이 훌륭하다. 세계적인 한국작가 이불의 사이보그를 볼 수 있다. 8층 라운지에서는 2시부터 음료와 간식이 제공되는데 마카롱과 약식 등이다. 꽤나 맛있다.

해피아워에 밥 국 김치가 나오는 거의 유일한 서울 특급 호텔 , 클럽라운지 와 객실의 편안함도 평균 이상...

룸컨디션이나 방음 등은 특급이라고하기엔 다소 부족하지만 3세이하 아이와 함께하기는 좋다. 신세계 리틀그라운드와 연결되어있고 수영장에 규모는 작지만 유아풀이있어서 아이데리고 가기좋음. 수영장은 아침 일찍가는게 여유롭다. 수영모 대여가능

週末のせいか朝食 、チェックアウト時は多くの韓国人ファミリーのゲストで激混み エレベーターに乗るのに30分要します。運良く、乗れたとしてもチェックアウトでロビーも激混み。ビジネスで泊まるには不便極まりない。

신세계, 고속터미널이 일대다 보니 최악의 교통. 주말에는 호텔 앞에 와서도 발레 못할 수 있다.

호텔 발렛파킹되는 카드가있음 백화점갈때 정말 편합니다! 발렛 맡겨두고 호텔에서 백화점 이어지는 통로로 가면 주차시간도 아끼니!!!백화점 주차장 넘 복잡해요~

주말에 호텔입구에서 30분씩 정체됨 발레도 거의 불가능 호텔진입이 너무 힘들어요
