Looks can be deceiving- from the exterior- but once you enter the lobby the place is amazing! Highly recommend the Japanese Garden suite with private garden & jacuzzi & also Penthouse for the Piano!
Absolutely amazing hotel the suites are stunning, large study and lounge area . Perfect location in South yarra close to chaple street shopping. Great service. Breakfast is average!
Material on the porn channels (two out of six channels) serves only older straight male clientel. No LGBTI material but they do offer barely-18 porn which I find disturbing.
Head to pound (on oxford st) for breakfast , orange for lunch , and Cosi (toorak rd) for dinner . Also try picnic on toorak rd for good coffee and cute surroundings.

Rubber ducky in the bath and the bathplug chain laid out to spell "como". It's the little things.
Go for a run along the yarra river , just across the road
