New grill has a number of healthy paleo treats. In terms of classes both the spin and body blast classes are great. Also great massages .

Eleonore is a great Spin leader! She will help you out an kick your ass at the same time. Went to her Sat @11am class . Try the classic juice as well

the classes are fab. The grill has also just had a makeover so there is a great selection of hot foods, juices and vanes

Blast classes are brilliant value for money - kinda don't want too many people to know! The juice bar is great and staff very friendly

After the workout, don't forget to try one of the smoothies they sell at their cafe . The dessert smoothie is my favourite.

I really rate the blast class . 110 burpies in an hour class ruins you.

Very knowledgeable trainers , who can be a bit aloof. Very expensive . Not fancy .
