Grilled fish with her comes with two side dishes (SGD9.50). The fish was sliced pretty thin, but overall taste was good. Twinnings tea costs SGD1.50. Line up and pay before proceeding to your table.

One of the affordable western in Singapore with no service charge no gst, but the funny thing is that they charge for plain water. Pfft.

Decent western food at decent portions and decent prices. Potato Salad is a good side to pick!

Wagyu burger .. great. Service (on a Monday) fast. Thumbs up !

Value for money , there's a queue usually but it clears quickly!

Food is great n a shout out to the lady supervisor. Her service surely make us feel home in this branch.

Service can be improved... But the steaks are still amazing!

Steak was good but their wine wasn't.

The fish with herb is cold. Making it disappointing.

The service is damn bad..waited over 10 minutes to get the attention of the service crew to take my order as they are busy chit chatting among themselves. Disappointed

Food was cold when served to us. The warmest thing was the mashed potato . Would have been better if they served faster and served warmer food like other outlets .

The worst Astons I ever had out of so many outlets . Everything So Cold-For Hot Side Dish and The Main Dish(Fried Chicken ) is overcooked

30 cents for a cup of water. Lol.

Service seems to be slow - everybody's waiting for their food..

Worst Astons outlet yet. Slow service, staff that serves you in a cold manner, takes 20 minutes to serve the food though the restaurant is nearly empty to begin with. Strongly not recommended.

New Opening at Bugis +

Ordered the ribeye which was extremely small and quality was worse than what can be bought at Ntuc. Never coming back again, ever.

All the talks on bad n slow services & cold food didn't happen to us. Had a good n fulfilling meal.

The food is super cold. Fries are soooo not crispy ! Chargrilled over-cooked. Disappointing meal here. The worst Astons I had before.

The serving of food is so SLOW

the food quality here is very bad. unlike some other outlet which is better. so disappointing. and the service is quite slow.

The service here just simply slow. It's not full house yet so many staff . No one bother to serve. 

Take away my lunch but have to stand by counter and wait did not even ask me to have a seat. What kind of service is this:(
