Holiday Inn Memphis-Downtown (Beale St.)

Since all of these other people have checked in, they have fixed the elevators . They are currently redoing all of the rooms. Fantastic service, great food- definitely the wings. Highly recommended.

Check out the pool on rooftop , on the 4th floor. If you listen carefully, you can hear live blues music being played from Beale Street.

Elevator max weight is 2500lbs but it will get stuck with more than 6 Lil old ladies on it. Complaint made by a group of sweet Lil ole ladies today. Front desk acknowledged it.

Just stayed here and had no problem. Awesome location, very nice staff , and comfortable rooms .

Room was comfortable . Great location. Across from the Peabody Ducks . Friendly staff . Reasonable rates

CHECK YOUR SHEETS & PILLOWS! Had to call housekeeping for a whole new set . Ours had head & body hair in it and a few drops of blood on the pillow .

If you want the AC turned on, you have to talk to the front desk.

Don't try and film the elevators . They may throw you out. Also by holiday inn standards this property appears to be very dated

The only reason to stay here is the Rendezvous is around back!

You can't even open the windows. No fridge . But you do get a bible - open at psalm 22 'to the chief musician ' ...

You might not want to stay here. Our phone didn't work, they booked the wrong room style for us, and there were yellow and blood stains on our sheets. Better places to stay in Memphis.

5:30 is free cocktails and hors d’oeuvres for guests during "Manager's Hour."

Avoid. No air conditioning , and if you complain about it they are rude to you. Go across the street to The Peabody

Whoever designed this hotel should be execute.

Service elevator to parking sucks. Stops on 9th floor for no reason every time!

Slow elevators !!

Do not stay here! The elevators were broken and the bar food was not that great. I will not stay here again.

My room smells like cigarettes and garbage. Find somewhere else to stay.

Pretty expensive for a total craphole.
