Gorgeous beach and terrific sunsets . Recommend watching them up the hill by the four seasons. Softest sand on this beach and the water is gentle and crystal clear.

Hands down our favourite beach in Maui. The sand and beach are perfect, water is perfect to swim in & if you come in the evening, you'll get a breathtaking sunset .

Easy walk (paved path) between Marriott, Grand Wailea and Four Seasons. Huge Sea Turtles frequent the area for a swim .

Great waves but when they say dangerous shore break, they mean it. You might get tossed around a bit if you're not careful.

Great public (free) beach with easy access to awesome snorkeling . Look along rocks to south for lots of stuff. Saw a turtle there that had to be 5 ft long and a few hundred pounds.

Rented paddleboards ($20/he from Four Seasons). We had never paddleboarded and it was a blast. Takes a lot of balance. We saw lots of turtles and sting reys. Really awesome.

Don’t need to go far out just stand in about 4 feet of water and the turtle will swim by. Just have goggles so you can dive under to look at them!

This beach is smack dab in the middle of the Grand Wailea Resort and the Four Seasons Resort . The parking lot is tiny - only enough for about 15 vehicles.

Lots of fish and sea turtles right off shore. Very mild waves , kid friendly beach . Try paddle boarding, it's just challenging enough to keep it interesting. Strong winds in the afternoon so take advan

Public beach with restrooms , limited parking (about 20-30 spaces). You can use the showers of grand hotel Wailea.

Awesome!!! Waves are 8 to 10 foot w/ Huge tidal surges!! Not many in the water but fun to watch the pounding surf & the few brave body boarders!

Softest sand we have ever felt anywhere. That includes other beaches on Maui, Kauai , Florida, Key West as well as Italy, Tahiti and all the West Indies.

Keep your eyes peeled for endangered monk seals . There are only approximately 1,200 remaining, and they often come to this beach .

Best snorkel spot i saw all vacaton long, including a snorkel tour . Water was perfect temp.

It is not uncommon to see Monk Seal (endangered) or Green Sea Turtles while snorkeling ..

When the waves are crashing, it's definitely worth grabbing a floaty. Especially late night . The ocean water stays warm!
