Great dedicated gym , soundtrack much improved in recent weeks - the right nicely stimulating tempo and no nauseating video soundtracks. Close to Angel Station, great for Islington and Clerkenwell

Make sure you check your email or just cancel your waitlist for the classes . I got the email at 9.03am, saying I'm in for 10am class . Happy that I woke up and cancelled it. The email comes too late!

all PTs know what they are doing, i get a lot of help. classes and environment are great.

Body pump on Saturday morning is a killer

Watch Olympics training on TV whilst training - pretty damn inspiring and you will feel like an idiot it you don't push yourself in your comparatively measly training !

Now towels are here if you have multiple membership.(£1 If you are not.) The thing is they won't give you so you have to ask them which it's annoying as other location of FF just pass towels to you.

Much less busy at lunchtime than a lot of gyms .

Don't come for hot yoga , the room smells badly! Sweating! It Sucks!
